Light industrial/commerce district near the IRD district and within several hundred feet of a major arterial. Permits indoor stores of a pre-1990 type, R&D, listed light manufacturing, workshops, offices serving industrial users and warehousing; health clubs, vehicle repair/sales, contractor shops and printing plants are conditional (subject also to availability of comprehensive-plan flexibility).
