Questions
Do I need a real estate license?

Yes, an active Florida real estate license. If you are still working toward yours, apply anyway — we are happy to talk about what to expect and when to reach back out.

Do I need commercial experience?

No. Many of the agents we are looking for are new to commercial. Drive, curiosity and follow-through matter more than a résumé.

Which brokerage would my license be with?

AXCESS Commercial is a team at Premier Brokers International, so your license would be held with Premier Brokers International.

How does compensation work?

It depends on your experience and the role. We will walk you through commission splits and support in our first conversation.

Where would I work?

We cover eight South Florida counties from Miami-Dade to Indian River, plus Okeechobee and Highlands. We will match you with a market that fits where you live and what you want to specialize in.
