Planned Business Center (B-3) District Davie, Florida

B-3 is Davie's planned business center district for large commercial areas serving large sections of the town or the metro area, needing considerable ground area and motorist-oriented locations. Use is governed by the 'UC & B-3' column of the Sec. 12-32(B) table (P / * / N only; no special-exception column), so most retail, service, office, restaurant, wholesale, hotel and entertainment uses are permitted, while manufacturing, distribution and many heavy commercial uses are not.
