Light Industrial (LI) District Delray Beach, Florida

The LI District provides for high quality industrial uses outside of an industrial park setting and allows certain industrial uses in environmentally or aesthetically sensitive areas, with development standards stricter than the I and MIC Districts. It is not to be applied to small lots. Permitted uses include R&D, wholesaling/storage/distribution, manufacturing and assembly, and general offices.
