COMM — Commercial Districts (Limited / General / Workplace Commercial) Golf, Florida

The Village of Golf's commercial zoning (LDR Sec. 3.04) has three sub-districts. Limited and General Commercial allow neighborhood retail, personal service, office, banks and restaurants; Workplace Commercial is the more intensive one, adding office/warehouse and self-storage by right and light industrial uses by special exception, while prohibiting Type II restaurants, banks and most retail.
