Central Regional Activity Center (Central RAC) zoning district Hallandale Beach, Florida

The Central RAC guides redevelopment of the RAC land-use area into a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly district with higher densities within a half-mile of the planned Tri-Rail Coastal Link station. It has six subdistricts (RAC Corridor, Transit Core, RAC Neighborhood, Transitional Mixed Use, District 8, Greyhound Track) and uses are set per subdistrict in Table 32-193(a).
