Young Circle mixed-use downtown district. Office, restaurant, retail (indoor), hotel, personal service and multi-family residential are main permitted (several restricted on the ground floor adjacent to Young Circle/Hollywood Blvd/Federal Hwy etc.). Self-storage, car wash, contractor shop, outdoor storage, service station, thrift shop, funeral home, pawn/gun shop and all general/heavy manufacturing are prohibited.
