Mixed Use Development District (MXD) - Abacoa; buildings fall in subdistricts TC, CC, REC, RU, WP, WPL Jupiter, Florida

All 17 buildings are in Abacoa, the Town's MXD. Uses are set per subdistrict (Sec. 27-1160). The Town's official 2025 Zoning Map puts the buildings in six subdistricts: Town Center (TC), Community Commercial (CC), Recreation (REC), Residential Urban (RU), Workplace (WP) and Workplace Limited (WPL). No use is permitted by right in all six, because REC allows nothing by right.
