OP Office and Professional District Riviera Beach, Florida

The OP district provides for administrative, clerical and professional offices of residential scale and character with low volume of daily customer contact, and serves as a transitional buffer to low-density residential. Permitted uses are professional/business/financial offices, organization headquarters, limited ancillary retail within office buildings (25 percent of floor space), medical/dental clinics, and multifamily and group homes per RM-15.
