C-MU US-1 Mixed-Use District (formerly C-A Commercial District) North Palm Beach, Florida

'CA' is a retired code: Ord. No. 2020-06 (9-24-20) repealed the old Sec. 45-31 C-A commercial district and enacted Sec. 45-31 C-MU US-1 mixed-use district, applying it to all property formerly zoned C-A. C-MU is a form-based mixed-use district for the US Highway 1 corridor. The uses below are the current C-MU Table 1.
